About Me
I am a Swiss-recognized psychologist, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling, where I was trained in both psychological and social approaches. My professional practice adheres to the ethical and quality standards of the Swiss Association of Psychology (FSP) and the Swiss Association of Counselling (SGfB).
Originally from Mexico, I hold a Licentiate in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS). I am also a member of the American Counselling Association (ACA) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My path to counselling has been shaped by curiosity and a diverse range of life experiences. Before working as a counselor, I spent over two decades working in the pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland.
I also hold degrees in Informatics and Regulatory Affairs—fields that taught me the value of structure, ethics, and human complexity.
I’m also trained in coaching that focuses on practical solutions and positive change. I blend different helpful approaches with a foundation inspired by supporting your mind, emotions, and behavior.
What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported to grow at your own pace.

Counselling Services
A Gentle Space for Growth
My work is grounded in the belief that we all long to feel we belong, that we matter, and that we’re capable of meaningful change. In our sessions, I offer a calm, steady space where you can show up just as you are, whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift.
Clients often tell me they feel safe and at ease with me from the start, like having a thoughtful conversation with someone who really sees them. I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence, along with tools and reflections that help you understand yourself better, care for your emotions, and take small, meaningful steps forward.
Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, gently untangle old patterns, and find new ways to relate to yourself and others, with more patience, structure, and self-kindness.
